GUAVA TEA 100g

Guava leaves contain many benefits, such as vitamin c, fibers, antioxidants, potassium, and many other compounds. Mahil guava leaves tea contains guava leaves, cardamom, inknut (kadukai), coriander, pepper, and Gurmar (sirukurnjan).  This Tea helps to remove bad cholesterol, cure acidity problems, diarrhea, and maintain blood sugar levels.

Procedure: In 100ml of water, dissolve half a teaspoon of powder. Boil it until it reduces to half a quantity and serves hot.
